Festivus Group LLC or in short Festivus ("we", "our", or "us") is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you use our web application products (collectively, the “Services”) and/or public website.

Data controller

Festivus Group LLC, based in Amsterdam, Netherlands, is the data controller for the processing of personal data collected through the websites

Public websites

  • No personal information is collected [1]
  • No information such as cookies [2], local storage is stored in the browser
  • No information is shared, sent to, or sold to advertising companies or any other third parties

Web (and other) applications

  • We keep your email and SSO account ID for application login purposes
  • We store a session and login cookie for application login purposes
  • No information is shared, sent to, or sold to advertising companies or any other third parties

Data processors

  • Data & processing is handled by Hetzner Online GmbH [3] in Nuremberg & Falkenstein datacenters in Germany. See Hetzner privacy policy for full details.
  • CDN is provided by BunnyWay d.o.o., Slovenia, for a global CDN, DNS, and DDoS protection. See BunnyWay privacy policy for full details.
  • The payment process is handled by Paddle, Market Ltd., UK. See the Paddle privacy policy for full details. Note: still in progress
  • Email communication is handled by Proton AG, Switzerland. See Proton privacy policy for full details.

Changes and questions (needs full rewrite)

We may update this policy as needed to comply with relevant regulations and reflect any new practices. Whenever we make a significant change to our policies, we will also announce them on our company blog or social media profiles.
